Who we are and what this policy covers
First Class Auto LLC, doing business as First Class Auto ("First Class Auto," "FCA," "we," "us," or "our"), explains in this Privacy Policy how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with websites displaying this policy, online forms, customer communications, AI-assisted interactions, and related automotive services.
Our services may include vehicle sales, purchases and trade-ins, custom vehicle sourcing, service and mechanical repairs, collision and body repairs, insurance-related repair coordination, rental or loaner arrangements, and customer or referral-partner support. Not every category of information below is collected from every visitor.
This policy does not replace a separate financial privacy notice, lender notice, rental agreement, repair authorization, or other disclosure provided for a particular transaction. Where a specific notice applies to a particular category of information, it governs that information to the extent of a conflict, subject to applicable law.
This policy is a description of our practices, not an agreement to receive marketing. Visiting our website or supplying a telephone number does not, by itself, enroll you in promotional texts or AI-generated marketing calls.
Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:
| Category | Examples | Principal purposes |
|---|---|---|
| Contact and identity information | Name, phone number, email, address, preferred language, identity-verification information where needed | Respond to inquiries, verify customers, provide requested services |
| Vehicle information | VIN, year, make, model, mileage, plate, title and lien information, ownership documents, condition, photographs, diagnostic findings, repair history | Identify, value, source, purchase, sell, service, and repair vehicles |
| Collision and claim information | Accident date/location, descriptions, damage photos, insurance carrier, policy or claim number, adjuster details, coverage or payment correspondence | Evaluate repair needs and coordinate an authorized claim-related repair |
| Transaction and service records | Estimates, approvals, repair orders, invoices, purchases, deposits, rental or loaner records, delivery information, payment status | Complete and document transactions and customer support |
| Payment and financing information | Payment details and, through designated processes where applicable, application, income, employment, credit, or identity information | Process authorized payments and requested financing arrangements |
| Communications | Form submissions, emails, text messages, chat content, attachments, customer feedback, and call recordings or transcripts where enabled and lawfully collected | Communicate, document instructions, support service, and review quality |
| Digital usage information | IP address, browser/device information, page visits, referring pages, timestamps, identifiers, error and security logs | Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the website |
| Preferences and derived information | Vehicle interests, service interests, communication preferences, AI-generated summaries and routing labels | Organize requests and provide relevant assistance |
| Consent and request records | Opt-in source and wording, timestamp, selected choices, opt-out history, privacy requests and verification | Honor choices and demonstrate compliance |
Sensitive information, such as a driver's license, Social Security number, full payment credentials, financial application data, or medical details, should be supplied only when genuinely necessary and through the secure process designated for that purpose. Do not send these details through ordinary text messages, website chat, or open-ended inquiry forms. We do not need medical records or detailed injury narratives to respond to an ordinary vehicle-repair inquiry.
Vehicle photos and documents can reveal information about other people. Before sending them, remove unrelated identifying details where practical and ensure you are authorized to provide the information. Do not submit passwords, account access codes, or attorney-client communications.
Sources of information
We collect information directly from you, through your use of our digital services, and from parties involved in a transaction you request or authorize. These may include vehicle owners or authorized representatives, insurers and adjusters, referral partners, towing or transportation providers, repair vendors, vehicle-history and valuation providers, dealers or auctions, payment processors, and financing providers.
An outside referral does not automatically establish your consent to promotional communications. We evaluate contact permissions separately. We may combine information from these sources with our existing customer records where appropriate and lawful.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to requests; evaluate vehicles and repair needs; prepare estimates; obtain approvals; coordinate appointments, repairs, rentals, sourcing, purchases, sales, and delivery; process payments; communicate status; maintain transaction records; prevent fraud; investigate complaints; enforce agreements; meet legal obligations; and protect people, property, and systems.
We also use information to manage communication preferences, improve customer support and website functionality, and send marketing where permitted and consistent with the choices you make. We do not treat permission to discuss an existing claim or repair as blanket permission to send unrelated promotional messages.
Information collected for a stated purpose will not be used for a materially incompatible purpose without any notice or permission required by law.
AI-assisted chat, text, and voice features
Where enabled, we use automated tools and artificial intelligence to answer routine questions, collect intake details, route inquiries, help coordinate appointments, draft replies, summarize conversations, and provide updates based on available records. An AI assistant is software, not a human employee, technician, insurer, attorney, or lender. An assistant may use a human-like name or voice; this does not mean you are communicating with a person.
These systems may process information you submit, conversation history, relevant customer or service records, and technical interaction data. Their outputs may be stored with customer records and reviewed by authorized personnel for customer service, accuracy, security, and quality assurance. Providers supporting these functions receive information needed to operate them, subject to applicable agreements and law.
AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. An automated response is not, by itself, a final diagnosis, repair authorization, financing decision, insurance coverage determination, guaranteed price, or binding approval of a transaction. Ask a staff member to confirm important information. We do not authorize our customer-facing assistants to independently make final lending, insurance eligibility, or claim-coverage decisions.
You may ask to speak with a person or contact us by phone or email. A representative may need to follow up during staffed hours. Choosing human assistance does not require agreeing to marketing. Any AI-generated outbound calls requiring consent are subject to a separate applicable consent process; this policy alone does not grant that consent.
Call recording and transcription
When enabled, calls may be recorded or transcribed for service documentation, quality assurance, training of personnel, safety, and dispute resolution. We provide applicable notice and obtain consent where required before recording or transcription begins. A statement in this policy is not a substitute for a required call-level notice or consent.
If you do not wish to be recorded, tell the representative or use email to request an alternative channel. Availability of an unrecorded call may depend on our telephone system; we will discuss another reasonable way to assist. Recording retention follows the criteria in Section 11. Recording or transcription is not permission to create a biometric voiceprint or clone your voice; any such use would require a separate appropriate disclosure and lawful basis.
Cookies, analytics, embedded content, and advertising
Our website may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preference settings, and permitted measurement. Embedded maps, vehicle inventory, forms, videos, chat, and financing tools may cause their providers to receive technical data when loaded or used.
You may control cookies through your browser, although disabling essential technologies can affect site functionality. Where legally required, we honor recognized universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for covered processing and obtain permission before placing technologies that require consent. A "Do Not Track" setting is distinct from Global Privacy Control. Browser controls do not themselves unsubscribe you from texts or emails.
How we disclose information
We disclose information as reasonably necessary for the following purposes:
- Service providers: Hosting, customer management, communications, AI assistance, payment processing, security, document management, and related operational support. Access is limited to appropriate purposes and subject to applicable contractual requirements.
- Transaction participants: Insurers, adjusters, authorized repair vendors, parts suppliers, towing and transportation providers, dealers, auctions, vehicle-history services, title or registration service providers, and financing sources where needed for a service you request or authorize.
- Your representatives: A person you authorize, subject to appropriate identity and authority verification. A referral partner does not automatically receive your complete file.
- Legal and protective purposes: Lawful requests, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, protection of legal rights, safety, and the investigation or resolution of disputes.
- Business transactions: An actual or proposed merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of relevant business assets, with appropriate confidentiality and legal restrictions. Such a transaction does not expand SMS marketing permissions or permit unrestricted reuse of opt-in records.
- At your direction: Other disclosures you request or separately authorize.
An independent lender, insurer, or other business may use information under its own privacy notice. We do not control those independent practices. We disclose only information appropriate to the authorized purpose, rather than giving every participant access to all customer records.
Special protection for mobile data: We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Limited access by vendors supporting our messaging and customer service is permitted only to perform services on our behalf, subject to appropriate restrictions. Necessary legal disclosures remain subject to applicable law. These limitations control over general sharing descriptions elsewhere in this policy.
Text messages and communication choices
Our SMS Privacy & Messaging Terms explain enrollment, message categories, frequency, charges, STOP and HELP instructions, automated assistance, and messaging-specific privacy practices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from our text program. You may also communicate a reasonable opt-out request by contacting us. We honor requests according to their scope and applicable law; an unqualified request to stop communications is not treated as permission to continue unrelated automated campaigns. You may receive a single non-promotional confirmation where permitted.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using their unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Non-promotional communications necessary for a transaction may still be sent through a lawful available channel. Consent to marketing is not a condition of buying a vehicle or receiving service.
Financial information and separate notices
If we collect information in connection with arranging vehicle financing or another covered financial service, additional financial privacy rules and notices may apply. We will provide required notices and choices through the relevant process. A lender may also provide its own disclosures.
A general inquiry does not itself authorize a credit report or constitute a financing application. Credit checks, applications, and related authorizations are handled separately as required. This website policy does not replace any required financial privacy notice, credit disclosure, or consumer-report notice.
Retention
We retain information for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, taking into account transaction completion, vehicle ownership and repair documentation, warranty administration, tax and accounting obligations, dealer recordkeeping rules, fraud prevention, applicable limitation periods, and legal holds.
Inquiry records, communications, recordings, and technical logs may have different retention periods. We retain evidence of consent and limited suppression records as needed to document permissions and honor opt-outs, even when other information is deleted. Deletion may occur through ordinary backup cycles; retained backup data remains protected and is not restored for unrelated use. When information is no longer needed, we delete, deidentify, or otherwise dispose of it appropriately.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. Measures may include access restrictions, authentication, vendor oversight, and secure transmission where supported. No system or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. We respond to security incidents and provide notices when legally required.
Keep account credentials, verification codes, and private repair-tracker links confidential. Contact us promptly if you believe someone accessed your information without authorization. Ordinary email and SMS may not provide the protections appropriate for sensitive documents; request a designated secure channel.
Privacy requests and rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law, and whether a particular law applies to our business or the information, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of information; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain a portable copy; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request.
Submit requests to admin@firstclassautoaz.com, call (623) 281-3935, or write to our mailing address below. State the right you want to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send a Social Security number or full identity document in an initial email. We may reasonably verify identity and authority for requests involving disclosure, correction, or deletion. Opt-out requests will not be subjected to verification requirements prohibited by law.
Where authorized agents are permitted, we may request evidence of authority and any identity verification the law allows. We respond within applicable deadlines and explain permitted extensions or denials. If an appeal right applies, contact us at the same email with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will explain our response and any further options required by law, including contacting the appropriate regulator.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Some records may need to be retained to complete a transaction, protect rights, or meet legal duties. We will explain applicable exceptions rather than promise deletion of every record. These provisions do not represent that every state privacy statute applies to every interaction.
Children
Our digital services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as required. Vehicle purchase, financing, rental, and repair transactions remain subject to applicable age, capacity, licensing, and authorization requirements.
Third-party sites and processing locations
Links and embedded tools may lead to independent websites or services governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information. Our business operates in the United States. Service providers may process information in other jurisdictions where permitted and subject to applicable safeguards. Use of this website does not waive any privacy protections that apply to you.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, practices, or law. We will revise the date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. A policy update does not retroactively grant marketing consent or authorize materially different uses where separate permission is required.
